BioHacked Firefighter "FireGals" Retreat

An immersive experience designed to empower firefighters with military backed sleep practices, strategies for transforming stress into peak performance, and camaraderie with a community of FireGals. 

Over 3 nights, firefighters are given the chance to rest, refocus, and recharge. There's no better place to take a deep breath and unwind with workshops and activities than our beautiful wilderness location at the Dickson Estates family lodge in SW Washington.

Workshops includes content from First Responder Sleep Recovery & iRest from the Department of Defense, Biohacked Firefighter lifestyle framework, therapeutic recovery work from local acupuncturists, masseuse, yoga and tai chi instructors, and so much more.

With techniques backed by the DOD, and science based relaxation practices founded in neuroscience, gain the knowledge and implement the tools you need to calm the mind and the body for efficient sleep - even when you're 5 calls deep after midnight. 

Each day is designed to educate AND empower your sleep and recovery. From 8am - 8pm, you'll experience somatic practices, vagal toning, biohacking, and stress & performance workshops designed BY Firefighters FOR Firefighters. 

I'M CHRISTINA.

I'm a firefighter in the PNW and I love my job. Like most Firefighters, I thoroughly enjoy the daily duties, and having an altruistic career gives me such joy.

My PASSION is Bio-Hacking. After over a decade of GI issues and reversing a serious chronic illness, I've fallen in love with creating a lifestyle of longevity and ENERGY. (Because seriously, who wants to feel shitty if you don't have to?!?!?! And trust me, you DON'T have to!!!)

My MISSION is now passing along my 12 years of experience as a recovery and performance coach into practical, simple, real life tools for Firefighters and First Responders to mitigate the negative impacts of shift work and feel AMAZING for their personal lives. You can expect to see me geek out on sleep science, share the wellness books I'm reading, and show how I implement the latest science based practices for actually CONTROLLING of your nervous system.
